Job summary

Grip Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Daxko subsidiary, is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to own the automation quality for FitnessForce. You will build and maintain Playwright-based frameworks and run JMeter load tests to safeguard payment workflows across multi-tenant SaaS systems.

You will also validate tokenization, webhooks, and 3D Secure edge cases, and test the Kafka-based asynchronous architecture ensuring real-time sync across modules.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and automation within a complex SaaS environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright and TypeScript, including page object models, fixtures, and assertions.
• Experience configuring and analyzing distributed load tests with JMeter.
• Experience testing payment gateways and complex financial workflows like billing, refunds, and subscription logic.
• Experience using AI coding assistants to generate and maintain automated scripts, with QA discipline to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks in Playwright with page objects, fixtures, and network interception for reliable multi-tenant test coverage.
• Design and run load testing strategies in JMeter to identify backend bottlenecks and DB locking under high concurrency.
• Build test suites validating payment gateway integrations including tokenization, webhooks, idempotency, and 3D Secure edge cases.
• Develop strategies to test asynchronous Kafka architecture ensuring real-time sync across access control, retail, and finance systems.
• Design and maintain test plans for multi-system features with clear traceability between epics, test cases, and bugs.
• Organize test suites into smoke, sanity, and regression tiers; lead defect triage and set entry/exit criteria for releases.
• Integrate Playwright and JMeter into CI/CD pipelines to gate builds before deployment.
