Job summary

We Support Incorporated is seeking a Senior Automation Tester with a proven track record to lead QA efforts in a dynamic environment. You will drive automated testing strategies, design test plans, and oversee manual testing to ensure software quality across banking or packaged applications is high.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Automation Tester. (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automated testing. (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test planning and test design. (Non-negotiable)
• Solid experience in manual testing. (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial QA role, not limited to acting as a sub-lead. (Non-negotiable)
• Experience with various software testing methodologies. (Non-negotiable)
• Advanced knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). (Non-negotiable)
• Strong planning and organizational skills. (Non-negotiable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Non-negotiable)
• Experience with banking applications or packaged applications is an advantage
