Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Design Engineer for onsite work in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on completing telecom design projects to meet CPS client site specifications, with responsibilities spanning from reviews of facilities to drafting and tracking project milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom infrastructure design, strong collaboration skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and timely delivery within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications infrastructure design.
• Experience reviewing site survey information and producing site sketches.
• Ability to communicate design options clearly with team members, designers, and construction personnel.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess existing and new telecommunications facilities based on information and site photos.
• Create detailed sketches of existing features and proposed solutions on telecom facilities.
• Determine design solutions for supporting telecom equipment and antennas on towers, existing facilities, new field sites, and rooftops.
• Perform structural design using relevant standards and codes of practice.
• Prepare and distribute information to drafting personnel.
• Lead projects through all design phases and manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to obtain information and approvals.
• Update project tracking systems and tools.
