MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking an RF Engineer to deliver RF/EME deployment services for SAED on greenfield and upgrade sites. Work is day-shift and onsite, with collaboration across CPS Global teams to ensure timely, high-quality RF design and compliance deliverables.

The role requires hands-on experience with 4G/5G RF design, EME forms, and toolsets like Atoll and Visio. You will liaise with stakeholders, support ACMA registrations, and help maintain safety and quality across

Qualifications

• Telecommunications infrastructure design experience.
• Construction Induction (White Card) and safety training.
• Working Safely at Heights and OH&S awareness.
• RF awareness and industry safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Deliver RF planning, design and EME compliance requirements for deployment of Greenfield and Upgrade sites.
• Support the Lead RF Engineers in design and EME related issues raised from clients.
• Engage with multiple business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Implement RF solutions to improve network performance and coverage objectives.
• Coordinate with Project SAED and deployment teams to achieve 100% client satisfaction.
• Liaise with external stakeholders for ACMA site registrations and related tasks.
• Maintain quality systems and procedures to support CPS Global projects.
