Job summary

Adani Transmission seeks a senior procurement professional to oversee strategic procurement and supplier management across sites in the Philippines. You will coordinate procurement activities, identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and drive cost-effective sourcing of OPEX items.

The role also covers inventory optimization, budget management, contract awards, and compliance with IMS standards. You will lead RFPs, audits, and digital tool deployment to enhance operational efficiency and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's preferred in business administration, supply chain management, finance or related area.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain management and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities across sites to align with operational needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to procure quality OPEX items.
• Negotiate favorable terms and manage supplier relationships.
• Lead procurement process improvements including contracting and sourcing.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and optimize stock to prevent shortages.
• Handle RFPs, proposal evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Ensure compliance with IMS standards and audit findings.
• Deploy digital tools for real-time monitoring of OPEX expenditures.
