Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in technical sales within ICT
• Strong understanding of network systems, IT infrastructure and systems integration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for network systems integration solutions and services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to drive business growth
• Provide technical guidance during the sales process and translate concepts into business benefits
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with technical teams to align delivery capabilities with client expectations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through networking and business development
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
• Provide post-sale technical support and smooth transition from sales to implementation teams
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and technical specifications for clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
