Job summary

CSCO (Phils) Construction & Development Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead municipal water supply and wastewater projects on-site in Makati. You will oversee design, tender, and construction activities, ensuring technical excellence across the project lifecycle.

The candidate should have 10+ years in municipal water projects, a Civil/Water/Environmental engineering degree, and hands-on knowledge of AAO/MBR processes, DPWH/DENR standards, and tender preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in municipal water projects.
• Experience with large-scale plants or pipeline systems.
• Familiar with water treatment processes (AAO, MBR).
• Proven tender technical proposal and construction planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of municipal water supply, wastewater treatment plants, and pipeline network projects.
• Lead technical proposal preparation during tender stage, including process scheme comparison, construction methodology, and scheduling.
• Optimize design and construction solutions in compliance with local Philippine standards (e.g., DPWH, DENR).
• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve critical technical issues.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, and consultants to ensure implementation of technical solutions.
• Participate in subcontractor technical management and key equipment selection.
• Summarize project experience and build standardized technical systems.
