Job summary

Bauer International Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex construction efforts from start to finish.

The role demands strong leadership, detailed planning, and close coordination with clients and stakeholders on water and wastewater projects. Ideal candidates will hold a Mechanical Engineering degree with a PRC license and have 15+ years of total experience, including 10+ years in project management, with proficiency in MS Project and Primavera

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Valid PRC license as Mechanical Engineer.
At least 15 years total experience, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager.
Extensive experience in project planning and management.
Experience in water, wastewater, or sewage projects, including construction and design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to work fully on-site.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate construction activities from project start through completion.
Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality, safety, contractual, regulatory, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage project risks.
Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
