Job summary

Boldr Impact is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to provide advanced technical and implementation support for post-sale customers. You’ll work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, support integrations, and improve support processes using SQL and data systems.

You’ll deliver high-quality client experiences, escalate complex issues, and help maintain knowledge bases and SOPs while ensuring timely and accurate resolutions with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, data flows, and data troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting software, data platforms, or web-based applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and Zendesk; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer implementations with Project Managers to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Provide first- and second-level technical support for post-sale customers via inbound channels.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex data flows, SQL queries, and web-application architectures.
• Communicate resolution timelines and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain and structure technical knowledge bases and SOPs to aid teams.
