Job summary

PSA Corporation Limited is seeking a Senior Manager (Technology Procurement) to oversee end-to-end procurement of technology goods and services, drive sourcing strategies, and guide a team to deliver compliant and value-focused outcomes. The role reports to the AVP and requires strong stakeholder collaboration and supplier management.

You will lead SRM, develop procurement capabilities, and ensure robust controls across procurement processes in a fast-moving, global environment.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of procurement experience, preferably technology or indirect procurement.
• Experience leading teams or supervising officers and providing structure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing, tender management, commercial evaluation and supplier due diligence.
• Executive presence in negotiations and stakeholder discussions; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent business writing and communication; capable of producing clear procurement papers and evaluation reports.
• Familiarity with e-procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Zycus) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for technology-related goods and services.
• Provide day-to-day direction and development support to the team.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to shape requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Lead Supplier Relationship Management to evaluate and improve supplier performance and value.
• Strengthen procurement frameworks, workflows, and controls for efficiency.
• Support AVP in managing team workload and priorities.
