• Excellent communication and influencing skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Purchase engineering goods, services, and construction projects to meet PSA requirements.
• Draft and review contract documents detailing responsibilities and liabilities for contractors.
• Develop procurement routes and sourcing strategies with internal users.
• Prepare tender documents with clear specifications to fit business needs.
