Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a senior tax leader to manage compliance for all PH entities and guide the tax function across audits and planning. You will coordinate with the tax team and other departments to ensure adherence to local and national tax laws.

The role requires extensive experience, CPA qualification, and strong leadership to drive tax planning and regulatory updates across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years total taxation experience with 5+ years in a senior manager role.
• CPA certification is required.
• Experience with reputable audit firms in tax audits preferred.
• Experience handling shared service/multiple entities is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in MS Office tools/software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with tax requirements for all PH entities.
• Lead regular tax team meetings to meet tax deadlines.
• Review and cascade new tax regulations affecting the organization.
• Review and recommend resolutions of tax audits by BIR and LGUs.
• Lead tax planning procedures to minimize tax exposure and maximize benefits.
• Drive collaboration of Tax Team with other departments to ensure compliance with local and national tax laws.
