Job summary

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO, is hiring a Senior Tax Analyst for its Philippines operations in Metro Manila. You will handle tax compliance, reporting, and advisory work, ensuring timely filings with BIR, PEZA, and other authorities.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, experience with ERP tax reconciliations, and the ability to lead process improvements and governance. Collaboration with management and potential people leadership are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience (10+ years total preferred).
• Senior Tax Analyst, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager level experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippines taxation, including BIR compliance and statutory filings.
• Experience in PEZA reporting is an advantage (training may be provided).
• Experience in tax reconciliations between ERP systems and tax filings.
• Audit or tax audit exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance & Reporting: review tax computations and filings for BIR, withholding taxes, VAT, and other taxes.
• Tax Accounting & Reconciliations: reconcile tax balances from ERP to tax returns and schedules.
• Advisory & Tax Planning: provide technical tax advice to stakeholders and evaluate incentives.
• Process Improvement & Governance: promote efficiency in reporting and support the Quality Management System.
• People Management & Ad hoc Support: supervise subordinates and prepare ad hoc tax reports.
