Zuellig Pharma is seeking a senior tax leader to govern OnePH Market's tax reporting and compliance with Philippine laws. The role drives planning, minimizes liabilities, and oversees audits and disputes in collaboration with CFO and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in finance/tax with supervisory experience, and a CPA is preferred. Advanced government reporting knowledge and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is required.
• CPA preferred for advanced tax roles.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance or taxation in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate tax laws and regulations.
• Advanced degree and working knowledge of government reporting and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance including accuracy and timely filing of Income Tax, VAT, and withholding Tax returns.
• Provide strategic tax planning to minimize liabilities and identify opportunities/risks.
• Lead tax audits and manage responses to tax notices and disputes with BIR and third-party firms.
• Document changes in tax regulations and advise management on impacts to policies and decisions.
• Coach and mentor associates in tax knowledge and business acumen.
