This role requires 7–10 years in finance/tax, CPA preferred, and strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations. You will collaborate with the CFO, internal teams, and external auditors.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years in finance or taxation with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Advanced degree and experience with government reporting deadlines.
• Expertise in Philippine corporate tax laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Govern and ensure OnePH Market's tax reporting and compliance with Philippine tax laws.
• Lead tax planning to minimize liabilities and risks.
• Manage tax audits and responses to notices from BIR and auditors.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise CFO on impact to policies and decisions.
• Coach and mentor associates in upskilling and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
