You will translate complex business and finance requirements into secure, high-performing Tableau dashboards, provide technical leadership, mentor teammates, and promote governed self-service analytics within the Digital Factory.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into Tableau dashboards and analytics.
• Design and develop executive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and data models.
• Ensure data governance, security, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive dashboards, operational reports, analytical applications using Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, data models, wireframes, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Create templates, certified data sources, and standardized visualization components.
• Ensure dashboards follow data-visualization, accessibility, usability, and storytelling principles.
• Mentor junior developers and promote governed self-service analytics.
