Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Data Analyst to support and audit the sales incentive process. You will validate data, manage data quality reporting, cleanup, and data architecture, and build dashboards to support business needs.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and training for associates are part of the role. The position requires hands-on experience with ETL tools (preferably Alteryx), SQL databases, and data visualization (Tableau).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with data validation and data quality reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

• Process data from various sources for validation and analysis.
• Provide quarterly analytics and reporting on SIP Payout and Attainment information.
• Assist in data quality and validation processes; resolve issues.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and reporting for business partners.
