Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Systems Engineer to drive IT operations with a strong focus on identity management, automation, and hybrid infrastructure across Entra ID and Exchange Hybrid. You will build automated JML workflows, manage Intune and Autopilot deployments, and integrate ITSM tools with identity platforms.

The role emphasizes security, governance, and zero-trust practices while collaborating with global teams to streamline onboarding and access control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Systems Administration and IT Operations.
• Strong focus on identity management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated workflows for identity lifecycle (JML).
• Administer hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and Runbooks for automation.
• Integrate ITSM tools with identity platforms via REST APIs.
• Collaborate to integrate Virtual Agents with Jira Service Management.
