Job summary

First Advantage Global Operating Centre in the Philippines is seeking a Systems Engineer with deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise to drive identity governance, hybrid infrastructure, and service management.

You will design JML workflows, automate provisioning, and integrate Jira Service Management with AI chat to improve ticket triage and self-service.

The role emphasizes security, compliance, and automation across Entra ID, Exchange Hybrid, Intune, and Graph API, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Systems Administration and IT Operations experience.
• Strong focus on identity management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated onboarding, transitions, and offboarding across AD/Entra ID/Exchange Online.
• Implement ABAC and Entra ID governance for scalable access.
• Ensure UPN/SMTP synchronization and casing to avoid duplicate objects.
• Administer hybrid AD and M365, including Exchange Hybrid migrations and license provisioning.
• Write modular PowerShell scripts and Runbooks; use Key Vault for secrets.
• Create REST API integrations with Graph API to connect ITSM tools.
• Integrate Jira Service Management with AI chat for automated ticket triage.
• Enforce Zero Trust: CA, MFA, PIM/JIT; conduct automated SOX/ISO audits.
