Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems Analyst to develop and refine business and functional requirements for solution architecture in a banking and finance context.

The role involves identifying gaps, gathering detailed information from end users, and mapping requirements to system capabilities while coordinating with the BTS team and validating with test plans and functional testing.

Qualifications

• Primary skill: Systems Analysis.
• Industry experience: Banking and Finance.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business & functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and working with solution architects.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans, test cases, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
• Assist in conducting functional testing.
• Ensure operational support processes align with business objectives and documented requirements.
