Job summary

Xurpas Incorporated in the Philippines invites a Business Analyst to gather requirements, draft System Requirement Specifications, and design Test Suites. You will work with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, support SIT and UAT, and provide clear documentation of findings and recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in business analysis, experience with SRS and Test Suites, and strong communication skills to manage client expectations throughout the project

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience creating SRS and Test Suites (≥3 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management.
• Ability to analyze system behavior and document it clearly.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Basic understanding of Java is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst (BA), you will be responsible for gathering requirements by analyzing existing code and documentation and compiling them into a System Requirement Specification (SRS). You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, design and write Test Suites, perform System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
