Job summary

One Commerce (Int'l.) Corporation seeks a capable IT professional to design and implement scalable system solutions. The role covers architecture, data flow, and UI design across the full stack, with emphasis on Zoho integration and SDLC standards.

You will model data, create ERDs, and deliver detailed specifications while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals and timelines. Expect exposure to enterprise-grade environments and ongoing system optimization.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design system solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop and document system architecture, data flow, and user interface designs.
• Create data models, ERD, and system flow diagrams to visualize system processes.
• Produce accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the required level of detail in the timescales as defined by the Automation Manager.
• Define system specifications and ensure they align with business goals and technical standards.
• Develop across the full stack, from database to UI and everything in-between.
• Own assigned software and deliverables.
• Produce and execute unit test plans.
• Test the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
• Provide user training and support, ensuring users can effectively utilize the systems.
• Maintain clear system documentation, including requirements, specs, and user manuals.
• Prepare progress reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Achieve productivity targets to deliver developments on time and within budget and quality.
• Complete all software and non-software components per Project Manager timelines.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all work aligns with development standards; peer review required.
• Escalate issues promptly and suggest product improvements.
• Maintain systems post- deployment and monitor performance.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any IT related courses.

• At least three (3) years of experience in related field

Technical skills:

• Programming: Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Zoho, and other programming/scripting languages

• Zoho Development: Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, workflow automation, custom functions, and API integration

• System Design & Architecture

• ERD / Database Management

• System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

1. Design system solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

2. Develop and document system architecture, data flow, and user interface designs.

3. Create data models, entity-relationship diagrams (ERD), and system flow diagrams to visualize system processes.

4. Production of accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the required level of detail in the timescales as defined by the Automation Manager;

5. Define system specifications and ensure they align with business goals and technical standards.

6. Develops at all levels of the stack, from database to UI and everything in-between;

7. Ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables;

8. Production, preparation and execution of unit test plans;

9. Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live;

10. Provide user training and support, ensuring that users are able to effectively utilize the systems.

11. Maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals.

12. Prepare progress reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders and management.

13. Achievement of agreed productivity targets in order to ensure developments are delivered within budget, to schedule and to defined quality standards;

14. Completion of all necessary software and non-software components in the timescales as defined by the Project Manager;

15. Works with little day to day supervision from immediate head;

16. Tech Specs, Code and/or Unit Test Plans produced are all in line with the functional Specification;

17. Ensures all work is reviewed to ensure adherence to the relevant development standards;

18. Peer review and sign-off of others work;

19. Timely and accurate reporting of project status as required by supervisor;

20. Production and revision of accurate detailed estimates;

21. Escalate product issues and suggest product improvements;

22. Escalate all issues in a timely fashion;

23. Maintaining the systems once they are up and running;

24. Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.

Other Job Functions:

• To ensure the reliable performance of systems;

• Performs troubleshooting for system problems;

• Monitors and maintains application security through user profile management, creates and updates access permissions, and maintains user accounts;

• Performs configuration, change management, and testing activities as required;

• Monitor, maintain, and manage the system environment. Ensures data integrity; and

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
