Staff Domain Inc is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator in a hybrid Ortigas setup. You will own complex environments, provide escalation support, and drive automation in an AI-first service model.

The role emphasizes stability, long-term quality, and autonomous decision-making within a modern security-focused MSP context. You will manage Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure, with exposure to AI-driven tooling.

Qualifications

• Senior-level systems administrator with ownership of complex environments.
• Experience managing networks in MSP/MSSP settings.
• Strong Microsoft stack expertise: AD/Azure AD/M365/Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex technical issues end-to-end.
• Take full technical ownership of assigned client environments.
• Provide escalation support and guidance to junior engineers.
• Maintain and optimise Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure.

You will own technical outcomes across your assigned environments, make decisions independently, and drive improvements without relying on constant direction. The role is hands-on, with a focus on stability, optimisation, and long-term quality.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a senior systems administrator or equivalent role


• Experience managing complex network environments or working within an MSP or MSSP


• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server


• Advanced networking capability across routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and SD-WAN


• Experience with virtualisation platforms including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V


• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and operational practices
  
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS environments


• Experience with backup platforms such as Veeam and Metallic


• Exposure to MSSQL or Oracle is advantageous
