First Focus is looking for a Senior Support Technician (Client SME) to own Australian-hours environments from our Philippines-based team. You’ll provide remote and phone-based support to Australian clients, acting as the technical SME and trusted advisor who understands their environment, not just error messages.

You’ll work hybrid from our Pasig office, collaborating with smart engineers, solving real problems, and growing within a fast-paced MSP.

Formación

• Strong end-user IT support experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server roles, Azure, M365 and Entra.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments is highly valued.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems; ConnectWise experience is particularly valued.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people; able to explain tech without jargon.

Responsabilidades

• Providing remote and phone-based support to Australian clients.
• Acting as the technical SME for your assigned environments; trusted by clients.
• Supporting servers, desktops, and applications across Microsoft environments (AD, Azure, Entra, M365).
• Working across cloud, backup, AV and virtualization platforms like HyperV, Citrix and Veeam.
• Handling a mix of Level 2 and Level 3 issues across a broad tech stack.
• Collaborating with project engineers and escalation teams to maintain best-practice environments.
• Documenting everything properly and using AI to make what you do more efficient.
