Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning (Finished Goods) in Makati, Philippines. The role focuses on optimizing inventory levels across the supply network to balance customer service with forecast accuracy and safety stock for assigned SKUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering or related business field.
• 4–5 years of experience in supply or demand planning.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine and review safety stock and inventory levels.
• Review inventory parameters and reorder points, ABC categorization.
• Place orders based on lead time and volume parameters.
• Manage Material Master Data quality and updates.
• Define and optimize supply policies (EOQ, scheduling).
• Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers.
• Prepare gap analysis for S&OP meetings.
• Identify and act on stockouts to prevent future occurrences.
