Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner (Offshore) in Manila to execute and optimize supply chain activities ensuring product availability and service performance. You will oversee end-to-end planning across purchasing, inbound logistics, inventory replenishment and supply execution, coordinating with suppliers and freight partners to maintain continuous supply.

The role supports S&OP processes, provides planning inputs, and drives data integrity, reporting improvements, and proactive risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory planning, or supply operations.
• Experience with international suppliers and offshore operations preferred.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply planning to maintain product availability and inventory performance.
• Raise, maintain, and manage purchase orders across full lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier order confirmations and ensure alignment to delivery schedules.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and shipments to ensure timely receipt.
• Analyse inventory positions and recommend replenishment actions.
• Support S&OP preparation and forecasting inputs.
• Maintain master data and reporting for planning activities.
• Promote continuous improvement and standard operating procedures.
