IOM - UN Migration is seeking a Supply Chain professional to support planning and implementation of procurement, warehouse, fleet and asset management for the Manila country office and the broader mission in the Philippines.

The incumbent will work under the Head of Resource Management, ensuring alignment with IOM's supply chain policies, coordinating with LEG, MSCU, CAS and ACO, and driving improvements through KPI monitoring and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years not-for-profit/humanitarian procurement experience.
• Experience managing procurement to pay, tender management and contracts administration.

• Assist in planning and implementing supply chain strategies, SOPs and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate procurement, warehousing, fleet and asset administration for the mission.
• Prepare procurement requisitions and ensure timely payments to vendors.
