Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mathematics or related field.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting and planning for assigned categories in collaboration with merchandising, marketing, and operations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels across Distribution Centers and stores, balancing availability and aging stock.
• Create and manage purchase orders aligned with inventory policies and monitor supplier performance on delivery timeliness.
• Establish stock allocation strategies for smooth new product launches and direct-to-store deliveries.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to align forecasts, support promotions, and resolve supply challenges proactively.
