Regal Rexnord is seeking a data analytics professional who will provide analyses, data visualization, and recommendations across multiple business functions. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, economics, finance, business administration major in supply chain/management, or computer science preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience as Sales/Marketing/Finance/Supply Chain Analyst; strong Excel analysis.
Experience creating Power BI dashboards and data visualization.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to plan and improve business metrics using data.
Develop and monitor Power BI dashboards; validate data accuracy.
Gather data from multiple sources; analyze and identify opportunities.
Design audit processes to ensure data quality and timely issue resolution.
