Job summary

Monark Equipment Corp. in Davao City is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee CAT Machines and Allied Rentals activities. You will manage fleet operations, supervise operators' training and welfare, and coordinate logistics to maintain service quality.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has 5–6 years of related experience in heavy equipment or generator set services, ensuring strong customer relationships and efficient branch performance.

Qualifications

• Graduated in any Engineering course.
• 5-6 years of related work experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures healthy working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and business relationships.
• Maintains appropriate headcount of operators in yard to support operations.
• Supervises day-to-day branch operations of CAT Machines and Allied Rentals (Fleet Management, Operators' Training & Welfare, Logistics, Service Coordination); conducts regular site inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
