• Ensure compliance with reportorial requirements and regulatory submissions to government and non-government agencies.
• Oversee accounting operations of assigned subsidiaries and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information.
• Review tax computations and financial disclosures, including extraordinary transactions and other relevant business issues.
• Coordinate with key officers, board members, and stakeholders to address accounting concerns, customer requests, and compliance‑related matters.
