Job summary

JACOBS PROJECTS (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex structural design for Advanced Facilities. You will guide technical teams, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive design excellence while delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires leadership and hands-on expertise in structural analysis and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Extensive experience in structural design and engineering consulting.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor engineers.
• Strong experience in structural analysis, design calculations, and technical reviews.
• Experience with Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design and design review activities for a wide range of projects.
• Develop structural engineering calculations, analyses, and technical deliverables.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute engineering work with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate engineers and designers.
• Perform and verify structural design calculations and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage multiple client relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture and promote health, safety, and wellness across all project activities.
