Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead concept design and documentation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will mentor juniors, coordinate with draftspeople, and liaise with clients, ensuring compliance with Australian standards.

The role is home-based with a Monday to Friday dayshift in Manila time, supporting a Melbourne-based client team and delivering high-quality structural solutions remotely.

Qualifications

• Dedicated Senior Structural Engineer with sound technical skills in reinforced concrete, timber, steel and masonry.
• Strong communicator and able to manage a project from concept to construction documentation.
• Familiarity with Australian standards and autonomous work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Concept design for review by stakeholders across all stages of design documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide development with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate design stages with draftsperson and team; conduct client meetings.
• Interpret Australian standards for concrete, steel, masonry and timber; write forensic reports.
