Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Manila. You will lead a range of structural design projects, overseeing detailed design, calculations, and drawing markups while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will apply international design standards, mentor engineers, and contribute to BIM-enabled workflows. This role emphasizes safe design practices and timely delivery across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Licensed Registered Civil Engineer is required.
• 8–10 years of post-graduate experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Experience with international design standards (US/Canada/UK/EU/Australia).
• Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong BIM and software tool proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply international design standards to structural projects.
• Supervise detailed design, calculations, and drawings.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project resources.
• Maintain documentation per Arcadis requirements.
• Support digital initiatives and process automation.
