Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Practice Senior Manager to lead strategic procurement initiatives and drive delivery excellence for client portfolios.

You will manage teams, shape service delivery strategy, engage stakeholders, and ensure SLA targets are met while coordinating with client account leadership.

The role requires 10–12 years in procurement and at least 5 years of leadership experience, with strong communicational skills and cross-industry openness.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic procurement and sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with ability to drive delivery.
• Experience across industries is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities.
• Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team.
• Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.
• Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.
• Manage people’s engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets.
• Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis.
• Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk mitigation decisions for their business area.
