Job summary

Remark Steel in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee daily construction activities at project sites. You will supervise structural steel erection, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and ensure work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and schedules.

You will lead site engineers, foremen, erectors, welders, riggers, crane operators, and other crew; monitor progress, resources, and safety; review drawings; and drive quality control for timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel erection and steel construction.
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Ability to read structural drawings and erection plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities at the project site.
• Supervise structural steel erection and installation.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs, quality standards, and schedule.
• Lead Site Engineers, Foremen, Erectors, Welders, Riggers, and Operators.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, consultants.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Coordinate crane operations, lifting, rigging, welding, and alignment.
• Review structural drawings and erection plans.
• Implement QC procedures and rectify defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare progress and manpower reports and site documentation.
• Ensure milestones and completion targets achieved on schedule.
