Infineon Technologies Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Analyst Product Owner to bridge business and technology across global sites, shaping product strategy and leading digitalization initiatives.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, manage a structured backlog, and drive agile ceremonies while engaging senior stakeholders and executives to inform decisions and deliver high-value solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Strong business acumen to translate complex processes into actionable digital solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across regions and executives.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• SAFe Certification (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with 6-10 business stakeholders across sites to identify digitalization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain a structured, forward-looking product backlog.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Lead strategic initiatives as a Project Manager, including Steering Committee management, executive stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Introduce innovative perspectives and best practices from previous experience to drive continuous improvement.

• Lead strategic initiatives as a Project Manager, including:

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• 5+ years of professional experience, including a proven track record as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable digital solutions.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities rather than wait for direction.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across:
  • Multiple regions
  • Different organizational levels
  • Senior business audiences and executives
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Executive-Level Reporting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• SAFe Certification, Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: will be a great advantage
