Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior SRE / MLOps Platform Engineer to manage and scale our AWS and Kubernetes-based production infrastructure, bridging SRE and ML operations to make model training, inference, and data workflows resilient and observable.

The role focuses on building CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD, and ensuring robust monitoring while collaborating with data scientists and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SRE/DevOps or cloud platform engineering with leadership.
• Deep experience deploying large-scale workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong programming background in Python or Go for automation.
• Proficient in IaC using Terraform, Helm, Bash, and YAML.
• Hands-on with ML workflows and MLOps patterns on Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SRE principles to ensure high availability of 24/7 production on Kubernetes.
• Manage AWS infrastructure including EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudFront.
• Apply SRE to ML pipelines, model serving, and feature stores in production.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Establish observability stack with telemetry and real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product teams to operationalize ML models.
