Job summary

TransUnion in the Philippines is seeking a Sr Analyst, Solutions Consulting to drive credit solution consulting, identify client issues, and develop solutions across banking and financial services.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in banking/financial services or consulting, MBA/MSc desirable, strong analytics, and excellence in communication and workshop facilitation. The position is hybrid, with in-person requirements part of week.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in banking, financial services or consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit-consulting or analytics-consulting.
• MBA or MSc preferred.
• High computer literacy; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAS, R, Python for analytics.
• Solid knowledge in credit and analytics consulting.
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver complex solutions and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience launching or selling solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex credit/analytics consulting engagements end‑to‑end.
• Develop and present data‑driven solution proposals.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover customer issues (Design Thinking friendly).
• Collaborate in a matrix environment to drive multi‑team delivery.
• Translate technical product information into compelling client stories with PowerPoint.
• Support strategic account planning and sales enablement.
