Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead and support the development of the bank's IT solution architecture.

The role requires shaping target state architectures, ensuring alignment with guardrails, and guiding delivery teams through implementation and operations. You will collaborate with enterprise architects, program managers, and infrastructure teams to deliver architecture that enables strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
8+ years in software, systems, or application development.
3+ years in solution or solution architecture role.
Strong experience in banking, financial services, digital channels, or payments.

Responsibilities

Understand and apply enterprise architecture guardrails which includes architecture principles, patterns and technology standards.
Create and maintain solution patterns for reuse and standardization across use cases.
Deliver end-to-end architecture oversight and guidance for projects to achieve target outcomes.
Provide solution consultancy support to application and infrastructure owners to ensure alignment with architecture.
Present and seek approval of solution architecture from defined channels and stakeholders.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, program managers and delivery leads to ensure execution aligns with strategy and roadmaps.
