Job summary

ERNI Philippines is seeking a Senior Product Leader with strong architecture and leadership skills to drive technical alignment across GEMS and ITD teams. You will shape the product vision, oversee multi‑phase integration projects, and ensure robust, scalable solutions in complex domains such as finance and analytics.

You will manage data warehousing and BI initiatives using Power BI, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support a hybrid work model with onsite presence in Ortigas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar role and proven expertise in product leadership and solution architecture.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Fabric Analytics Engineer, Power Platform (Power Apps)/Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform (Power Apps)/Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert; plus TOGAF Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination between GEMS, ITD teams, and business, vendor, and technical counterparts.
• Define a secure, scalable technical vision while guiding daily team execution and hands-on software development.
• Lead GEMS enhancements and integrations; ensure scope and solid tech solutions for monthly releases.
• Participate in Scrum activities; prepare Technical User Stories in Azure Dev Ops and CAB docs for production deployments.
• Define architecture strategy and governance; deliver artifacts across business, application, information, integration, and security layers.
• Lead data warehouse and BI/analytics implementation using Power BI to deliver interactive dashboards and insights.
• Work hybrid; onsite in Ortigas 3x/week and support critical release windows.
