Job summary

ERNI is a Swiss-founded software development company with a service center in Metro Manila (Ortigas). We seek a senior Power Platform and SharePoint architect to design and deliver scalable solutions across MedTech, Industry, Finance and Transportation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive SAFe practices, and ensure alignment with client needs and ITD roadmaps. The role offers hybrid work, professional growth, and exposure to global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Power Platform and SharePoint with architecture experience.
• Hands-on with server-side and client-side development in .NET stack.
• Experience building Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Strong knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and databases.
• Experience in Agile, requirements analysis and product management.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Design and implement Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Lead delivery using SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD and guide teams.
• Provide day-to-day application support and post-deployment services.
• Gather requirements, build business cases and estimate enhancements.
• Create platform documentation including SDD and TSMP.
• Perform security assessments and ensure compliance.
