ERNI Schweiz AG in Metro Manila (Mandaluyong) seeks a seasoned Power Platform/SharePoint Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across IT and business units, aligning architecture with roadmaps and client needs.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform and SharePoint experience, strong English communication, and a balanced mix of remote and in-office collaboration in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary-level diploma/certificate, preferably in IT-related fields.
• 5+ years of Power Platform and SharePoint experience covering architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, and migration.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, implement, integrate, maintain, and enhance Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Lead solution delivery using Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD testing and deployment; guide developers and admins.
• Provide day-to-day application support and resolve issues, and ensure post-deployment services for at least 12 months.
• Gather requirements, build business cases, estimate enhancements, identify improvements, and analyze architectures.
