Job summary

ERNI Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Agile delivery, data analytics, and data migration leadership to collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.

The Senior BA will lead requirements elicitation, backlog refinement, BI reporting, and data migration planning, guiding cross-functional teams from analysis to delivery across the project lifecycle. RTO 3x, WFH 2x per week in Ortigas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/IM/Business/Accounting or related field.
At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis.
At least 5 years in a senior business analysis role.
At least 5 years in banking, accounting, or financial services.
At least 7 years designing and documenting business processes.
At least 5 years of experience in QA and testing IT applications.
Experience in account or sales management, government procurement processes, contract lifecycle management, or equivalent domains.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiar with project management lifecycle and SDLC.
Relevant experience with ITIL best practices.
Experience with data migration planning, execution, validation, and reconciliation.
Experience with reporting, analytics, Power BI, KPI definition, and dashboard validation.

Responsibilities

Requirements elicitation workshops with business users and stakeholders.
Analyze, refine, and document business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
Develop and maintain project requirements in Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with standard artifacts.
Define business processes in consultation with business users and stakeholders.
Design, document, and present potential business and system solutions to stakeholders.
Work with Product Owner to refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
Ensure backlog items reflect business value and are ready for delivery by the development team.
Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Lead data migration activities across project workstreams, including planning and execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance across solutions.
