Job summary

Synechron in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise technology solutions. You will define architecture roadmaps, set standards, and provide technical leadership across complex digital transformation programs.

You will collaborate with business, engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver cloud-native, API-driven, microservices-based architectures, ensuring performance, security, and high availability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Architecture roles.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture.
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift).
• Strong understanding of Security Architecture, Integration Patterns, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and platforms.
• Drive architecture governance, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Design cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based architectures.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and high availability of solutions.
