Job summary

NCS Group in the Philippines is seeking a Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable architectures that address business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust designs for applications, data, and infrastructure.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and end-to-end solution design to ensure security, reliability, and timely delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience delivering technical solutions such as system architecture, infra design, and database structure.
• At least 2 years in software engineer roles such as web and mobile app development.
• Knowledge of OOP, software design, and multiple programming languages (PHP, Java, Python, .NET).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and integration protocols.
• Familiarity with APIs (Google API, social media), version control, debugging, and documentation tools.
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud is a plus; TOGAF/Zachman is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in proposal generation; review requirements and estimate development efforts.
• Translate requirements into high-level design and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide technical solutions across application architecture, database, infrastructure, and integration.
• Architect end-to-end solutions with scalable, secure, and reliable designs.
• Design system components and data flows for interoperability across the landscape.
• Create and maintain architecture governance and technical documentation.
• Review designs and deliverables for alignment with architecture principles.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and stakeholders to drive consensus on solutions.
