OSW Group in the Philippines seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with 5+ years in Solar PV to lead the technical team and design On-Grid, Hybrid, and BESS solutions. You will prepare proposals, perform energy yield analyses, and coordinate with sales and project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with REE license.
5+ years of experience in the Solar PV industry, preferably with pre-sales and technical sales.
Strong knowledge in PV system design, sizing, analysis, and technical evaluation.
Proficient in preparing technical proposals, system designs, BOMs, energy yield analysis, and costing.
Understanding of On-Grid, Hybrid, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Leadership, communication, presentation, and team management skills; guide sales and project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical team in the Philippines and guide sales and project teams on technical matters.
Review designs and proposals before sending to customers; set priorities for design and support tasks.
Assess customer needs and design On-Grid, Hybrid and BESS solutions for projects.
Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, energy yield analyses and project costing.
Ensure designs meet local codes and assist with permits and net-metering applications.
Handle technical escalations, diagnose faults remotely or on site, and coordinate repairs.
Test and evaluate new products; monitor market trends in the Philippines.
