A leading solar energy company in Makati is seeking a Solar Technical Engineer to manage and execute installations and lead projects from planning to commissioning. Ideal candidates should have proven experience with solar systems and a strong technical background, along with team management abilities. The role involves site surveys, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. On-site work is required, with compensation of PHP 40,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing solar projects ranging from 5 kW to 100 kW+.
• Strong working knowledge of solar systems.
• Ability to manage teams and multiple active sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute solar PV installations.
• Conduct site surveys, system validation, and installation planning.
• Supervise installers, electricians, and subcontractors.

Skills

Installing solar projects

Knowledge of on-grid, hybrid, and off-grid systems

AutoCAD or similar design software
