Zusammenfassung

CN Green Roof Philippines, a local subsidiary of CN Green Roof Asia, seeks a Senior Operations & Maintenance Engineer to manage O&M for solar projects. You will provide mechanical and electrical oversight, ensure safe operations, and drive asset reliability across facilities.

The role requires coordinating with PM, Engineering, and contractors, reviewing performance data, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize energy generation and asset availability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and professional licensure preferred.
• Experience leading site operations, maintenance planning, and technical reporting in power/renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, substations, inverters, transformers, and plant equipment.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day O&M activities for solar projects, ensuring safe, reliable operation.
• Provide technical oversight of plant components using SCADA, FusionSolar, and related platforms.
• Plan, supervise, and validate preventive and corrective maintenance and post-maintenance checks.
• Analyze plant performance, energy yield, and equipment trends to drive improvements.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and management escalation.
