Job summary

Human Nature (Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.) is hiring a Senior Software QA Engineer to oversee all stages of the SDLC (excluding programming) and coordinate between requestors, users, and developers to ensure timely delivery. The role includes guiding Junior QA Engineers and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in software testing, data gathering, and documentation, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in gathering requirements and documenting flows.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the SDLC excluding programming; act as traffic controller between requestors, users and developers.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery with IT team members.
• Provide guidance and support to Junior QA Engineers to meet quality objectives.
• Document user and developer guidelines and manuals; prepare training materials.
• Support system rollout, implementation, acceptance, and post‑evaluation activities.
